There’s no better way to double up on productivity — whether you’re commuting or cooking dinner — than to tune into an industry podcast, and these past few years have seen an influx of great podcasts in the CRE space.

We’ve done the work for you of rounding up which commercial real estate podcasts are worth listening to.

The Best CRE Podcasts 2021

Here are five that are worthy of your time and attention, along with info about how to subscribe.

The Real Estate Guys radio show has been in production since 1997, and is among the leading investing podcasts on all of Apple Podcasts. Hosted by financial strategist Russel Gray and real estate investor Robert Helms, it’s full of helpful, finance-driven advice for CRE pros, including creative offshore investing opportunities and predictions for how trends might adapt to ongoing political or economic realities.

Where to listen: Apple Podcasts, YouTube, iHeart Radio, and more.
